Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

​

Grade Point Average of 3.0 or better.

Volunteers with the local Fire Department or EMS or

Has a family member in a Putnam Fire Dept. or EMS.

 

Please be prepared to show proof of acceptance to college or vocational program,

and to write a 500 word essay or produce a 2 minute video.
