Grant Award winners will be notified on September 7th, 2026.

Grant Eligibility:

Nonprofits with 501(c)3 status providing education, shelter, food, health and mental health services in Putnam County, NY will be considered. ​

To Apply please be prepared to provide the following:

1. Purpose of Grant - 500 Words or less

2. Project Budget

3. Documentation on Nonprofit Status:

• 501(c)3 IRS Determination Letter

• List of Board of Directors

• List of Executive/Senior Leadership Team with brief bios

(executive director, finance director, and program director)

• Board-approved annual budget for the application year

• Most recent 990 Filing

• Most recent audited financials​
